*A "FUN" In-person Cooknnecting cultural experience it's a 1.5-2 hours gathering that will allow you not just learning about love, team building, creativity, connecting with the present moment and MORE but preparing and cooking "from scratch" a delicious main dish. This experience is focused in learning about Puerto Rican culture based in the Puerto Rican food historian Cruz Miguel Ortíz. You will enjoy this creation with your love ones at the table located in a beautiful terrace.

TO CREATE HANDS-ON: Pick one protein (2 or more additional cost)
CHICKEN: Chicken stew a la criolla, Fricassee chicken, Chicken with guava and rosemary sauce, Rice with chicken
BEEF: Picadillo (ground meat), Skirt steak (Churrasco) made with: chimichurri Cooknnecting style, guava and rosemary sauce or creole sauce
SEAFOOD (Price varies according the market): Shrimp or Salmon with garlic sauce, stew “a la criolla” or with pineapple or mango pico de gallo
VEGETARIAN/VEGAN options: Eggplant in creole sauce, Tofu in creole sauce
SIDES Pick two (3 or more additional cost): White rice and beans Caribbean style, Yellow rice, Arroz con gandules (Rice with green pigeon peas), Cilantro rice, Yellow rice mix with beans, Mamposteao rice, Root vegetable mashed, Yuca “al mojo”, green bananas in a pickled marinate “escabeche” tostones, sweet plantains, mix of greens tropical salad.
